The four-star hotel is in close proximity to a subway station (Shek Mun MTR station on Ma On Shan Line, a 5-minute walk from the hotel), and is 7 stops from the conference venue at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) (at University MTR station; duration: around 20 minutes). It is near to a public bus stop (station name: Ravana Garden), with direct transportation to Hong Kong International Airport (Airbus route number: A41P; duration: around 1 hour). A free daily shuttle bus round-trip between the hotel and the conference venue at CUHK will be provided for March 10-12, 2017.

 

Each guest room (room type: Deluxe room) is charged at the following respective prices with an additional 10% service charge:

HKD$880 per night: inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for ONE person

HKD$980 per night: inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for TWO persons

Note: Please be reminded that no other accommodation options will be provided by CUHK. Due to the geographical location of our university, it will be very difficult for guests to book accommodation with direct public transport to the conference venue. Thus, we strongly encourage you to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Hotel for the duration of the conference. If you choose to arrive at the conference venue by your own means, please note that the venue for the conference is a 20-minute walk from University MTR station. Alternatively, guests can take a CUHK shuttle bus-ride to reach the conference venue.
